When a gigantic great white shark begins to menace the small island community of Amity, new police chief Brody, a marine scientist and a grizzled, hard-drinking fisherman set out to stop it.

Released in the summer of 1975, Steven Spielberg's classic ushered in the modern blockbuster, winning three Academy Awards, including one for John Williams’ brilliant, ominous and iconic score.

The screening of Jaws on Sat 13 Sep will be presented by The Evolution of Horror, who will also be recording a live Q&A podcast episode after the film.
