And the winner is...
The Oscars and the BAFTAS are upon us once again.
Whatever the outcome, this season, combined with the general dark and dank nature of the outside world, presents an amazing opportunity for us to do what we love most, put on some great films.
The extra shimmer of the little statuettes and the nice gowns mean lots of people will find their way into films that might otherwise have gone unseen, so with that in mind, we have pulled together a bit of a one-stop shop of awards slop to aid your viewing pleasure.
More films and dates will be announced through to the end of March when the clock officially re-sets and the cycle starts anew.

Loosely inspired by Thomas Pynchon's 1990 novel Vineland and with an impressive cast including Leonardo DiCaprio, Sean Penn, Regina Hall and Benicio del Toro – Paul Thomas Anderson's latest is a thrilling, darkly comic triumph.

We adored the first Zootropolis film, and the second has lived up to our hopes when we showed it as part of our weekend Pay What You Can screenings. The critics love it too, and it's been nominated for an Oscar for Best Animated Feature Film.
Little Amélie or the Character of Rain
Driven by the joy and confusion of a little girl’s discovery of the world and her place within it, Maïlys Vallade and Liane-Cho Han’s poetic, astoundingly beautiful animation feels like it’s arrived from a different planet.
This exquisite animation has also been nominated for an Oscar for Best Animated Feature Film.
Pillion
A timid man is swept off his feet when an enigmatic, impossibly handsome biker takes him on as his submissive.
We were so pleased that Pillion won the British Independent Film Award for Best British Film 2025. We're bringing it back for Valentine's Day.
