Even as bombs fall on Damascus, Mutaz refuses to flee to the uncertain life of a refugee. His wife, Hala, and daughter, Zeina, must make the choice whether to stay or leave. The 14-year-old and her family are amongst the last few to have stayed in their besieged home of Damascus.
When a missile rips a giant hole in their home, exposing them to the outside world, it also opens up an unimaginable world of possibility for Zeina. Now faced with a life or death dilemma, Zeina and Hala, must make the choice whether to stay or leave.
