Self-Guided Cinema Tours plus Guided Projection Room Tours

Our cinema building will be open to visitors from 1.00pm to 3.00pm for audiences to come and explore the cinema, with self guided tour information available and staff on hand to answer any questions. 

During this time, we will also be hosting short guided projection room tours with our knowledgeable projectionist team, to provide insight into the history of screening films at cinema and how we continue to maintain these specialist skills today. 

Both the self guided tours and projection room tours are free.

However booking for the projection room tours are essential.

Projection tours are for 10 people per session and will last approx. 20 mins. Spaces are limited to two per customer. As these tours will be very popular, please only book if you are definitely coming to visit.

Saturday 7th September –

Self Guided Tours: 1.00pm - 3.00pm

Projection Room Tours - 1.30pm, 2.00pm, 2.30pm

Sunday 8th September – 

Self Guided Tours: 1.00pm - 3.00pm

Projection Room Tours -  1.30pm, 2.00pm, 2.30pm

Unfortunately, access to Projection Room One is limited via a small, steep staircase. We are working on the creation of a fully accessible filmed version of this tour and apologise in the interim for the limitations of access to this part of the building.
