Mina and Markus are off to Los Angeles to star in a music video in this charming Norwegian sequel about dancing through life’s challenges.

Mina and Markus might not have won the big prize at their first dance competition, but they did get a great consolation prize to fly to LA! With the rest of their dance crew in tow, they discover Hollywood is tougher than they thought. Mina needs to deal with more challenging choreography, the pressures of acting auditions and the breakup of her parents. Dancing Queen in Hollywood is an upbeat, sparkling tale about stepping out of your comfort zone and challenging expectations.

Before the film, join dancer Holly Gibbs for a fun and interactive intro and get a behind-the-scenes look at how TikTok dance trends, music videos and dance films are made. Stay at the end of the screening to hear more from Holly and ask her any questions you might have about the world of dance.

LYFF are taking over the cinema and turning the big screen into family time, with special guest stars; stunt man Nathan Geering and professional dancer Holly Gibson, free designable tote bag for any children with film tickets (upto the age of 15) and more - all included with the price of your ticket.
