When their father suddenly collapses and dies, Andy and Piper are sent to live at a new foster home. But while their foster mother is welcoming, something is most definitely not right and soon they become unwilling participants of ever more horrifying events and revelations.

A truly unnerving performance from Sally Hawkins pulls you into one of the most intensly disturbing films you'll get to see this, or any year.
