Turning Red
PG
Why watch?
“Aside from the gaggle of firsts Turning Red represents (the first Pixar feature film solely directed by a woman, the first to feature an Asian lead in well over a decade) what has most endeared it to audiences as a modern classic in the making is the tender and beautiful representation of growing up and all the tensions that come with it. The push and pull between mothers and daughters. The particular pressures on diaspora communities. There's just so much to love here, it's beautiful.”
Wendy,
Head of Cinema
