Slow
15
A sensitive but light-hearted study of complicated intimacy. Shot in natural light on 16mm there's a tangible chemistry of disparate sexualities, when dancer Elena meets sign language interpreter Dovydas. As they dive into a new relationship, they must navigate how to build their own kind of intimacy.
The screening will be followed by a short talk and Q&A about the film's philosophical themes with Kristin Käuper from the University of Leeds.
