The Mallard family is in a bit of a rut. While dad Mack is content to keep his family safe paddling around their New England pond forever, mum Pam is eager to shake things up and show their kids the whole wide world.
After a migrating duck family decided to take a rest on their pond with thrilling tales of far flung places, Pam persuades Mack to embark ona family trip, via New York City, to the tropical Jamaica.
As the Mallards make their way South for the winter, their well laid plans quickly go awry. The experience inspires them to expand their horizons, open themselves up to new friends and accomplish more than they ever thought possible, while teaching them more about each other - and themselves - than they ever imagined.
Join us at our Saturday screening from 10.30am to make your own flying Monarch Butterfly, to celebrate their amazing annual migration of 3000 miles, which takes four generations of butterfly to complete!
Our Sunday morning Hyde & Seek screenings in Screen Two are relaxed. These screenings are intended to provide a safe environment for neurodiverse audiences, but everyone is welcome to attend. They feature prompt start times, raised lighting, reduced volume and a relaxed attitude to noise/moving around. To give audiences extra space, we reduce the capacity at these screenings, so pre-booking is advised as they often sell out.
All of our Hyde & Seek Screenings are Pay What You Can, allowing you to pay whatever you are able to afford.

“Migration embraces a rather touching and family-oriented narrative to weave an energetic tale of humour and sincerity.”

“What’s nice about Migration is how, between the comedic bits and tangential adventures, it never loses sight of the lessons embedded in the Mallards’ story.”
