Kiya & the Kimoja Heroes follows the high-action adventure of dance and martial arts loving Kiya, an her best friends, Motsie and Jay. Together, with their crystal charged powers, they superheroes in the southern African inspired Kimoja City, shining bright to make things right until joy and harmony are restored in their community.

Episodes include:

Kiya and the Kite Monster: Kiya makes a kite

Cosmic Catastrophe: The friends watch a meteor shower

Zero to Hero: Jay is thrown off his game

Take a Step Back: Zane bothers Kiya

This film has been programmed as part of Leeds International African Arts Festival, and is supported by its creators, Trigger Fish Animation Studio in Cape Town.

Tickets are required for all adults and children, and adults can only attend if accompanying a child.
