A professor moonlighting as a hitman of sorts for his city police department, descends into dangerous and dubious territory when he finds himself attracted to a woman who enlists his services. That is, until layers upon layers of deceit turn their budding romance upside down.
Inspired by an unbelievable true story, a straight-laced professor discovers he has a hidden talent as a fake hitman. He meets his match in a client who steals his heart and ignites a powder keg of deception, delight, and mixed-up identities.
