Special agent Cleopatra Jones wages a war on drug-trafficking in the U.S. and abroad. The notorious drug lord Mommy vows to destroy Jones after the special agent burns down the Turkish poppy fields that fuel the heroin production. Mommy, her goons and her stable of crooked cops won't rest until they take Jones down.

Following this screening is a post film discussion on women and fashion in Blaxploitation era films. With special guests Jennifer Robinson (Women of the Lens), Josiah Howard (Blaxploitation Cinema: The Essential Reference Guide) and Beverley Brown (Ebony Milestone).
