Boogie Nights
18

Paul Thomas Anderson's classic chronicle of the American adult entertainment industry's rise during the 70s & 80s gets a new 4K restoration.
Drama • Funny • Satire

Eddie Adams is a teenage pot-washer working at a nightclub where he’s spotted by Jack Horner, a famous adult movie director. Quickly realising he’s found a diamond in the rough, Horner takes Eddie under his wing, transforming him into Dirk Diggler the 'hugely' successful star of his porn films. But when the hard money rolls in, with it comes temptation, setting in motion a dangerous downward spiral.

With a typically brilliant ensemble cast of Anderson regulars: Burt Reynolds, Heather Graham, Philip Seymour Hoffman, William H Macy, John C Reilly, Don Cheadle and the magnificent Julianne Moore as Amber Waves, Boogie Nights is a funny and surprisingly affectionate satirical story of the heyday of the American adult film industry.
