The latest film from the director of Once Upon a Time in Anatolia follows a young teacher whose hopes of being transferred to Istanbul are thrown off course by accusations of impropriety.

Samet, a young art teacher hopes to be appointed to Istanbul after four years of mandatory duty at a small village school in rural Turkey. His plans are dashed when accusations of inappropriate behaviour from a student is raised.

All Samet can do is wait and slowly lose hope until a colleague offers him a new perspective on life.
